Charalambos started his career in the United States as a consultant with the U.S. Small Business Administration Agency based in Washington D.C. The experience gave him a unique understanding of entrepreneurial development, business financing, and advocacy for small businesses, as well as a holistic approach in implementing process improvement methods and strategic management to entrepreneurships across three states and the District of Columbia. While in the States, Charalambos received his BSc. in Business Administration and his MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville.
He relocated in Cyprus in 2006 joining a national retail and wholesale trading company in Cyprus, where he managed the import/export network, partners and foreign relations in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He is experienced in negotiations in commercial trading, ground operations, project management, and in human resources. He moved on to assume the Managing Director role in a consulting firm aiming to diversify EU companies to the State of Qatar, uniting his multicultural exposure in retail commerce, new venture finance, and strategic management consulting.
In 2016 Charalambos joined CPM as the Larnaca Office Manager, responsible for the overall management of the Larnaca operations, performance, and business development activities. In 2017 Charalambos was appointed as the COO of the group while maintaining his involvement and role with the Larnaca Office. He is on the Board of Directors of CPM, also representing the company as BoD Member in the Cyprus Fiduciary Association, and he is also serving as a Board Member of the Cyprus-Kazakhstan Business Association.
