Welcome to the Cyprus-Slovakia Business Association Website

The Cyprus – Slovakia Business Association operates under the auspices of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is supported in its efforts to reinforce commercial and economic relationships between the two countries by the Ambassador of Slovakia in Nicosia and the Cyprus Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry & Tourism.

Role and Activities of the Association

  • Promotion, expansion and encouragement

    To promote, expand and encourage economic and trade relations between Cyprus and Slovakia.

  • Establish economic and social interaction

    To establish economic but also social interaction between Cypriot and Slovak businesspeople and professionals.

  • Promotion and stimulation of business relations and investments

    To encourage “networking” for the promotion and stimulation of business relations and investments in the two countries.

  • Offer access to the Cyprus and Slovak Chambers of Commerce and Industry networks

    To offer members access to the Cyprus and Slovak Chambers of Commerce and Industry networks and databases of business contacts in order to allow them to interact, trade and form strong relationships with their counterparts abroad.

  • To present to the Slovak market the dynamic aspects of the Cyprus economy

    To present to the Slovak market the dynamic aspects of the Cyprus economy, with emphasis on the opportunities for International and Slovak companies to trade not only with Cyprus but also via Cyprus with the Middle East, North Africa, Eastern Europe, the Balkan Countries and the European Union Countries.

  • To inform Cypriot and Slovak businesspeople of the availability of resources

    To inform Cypriot and Slovak businesspeople of the availability of resources that will help them to locate products, services and business partners and advise them on how best to introduce and promote their companies in the markets of both countries but also the wider European Union market.

  • Organize events

    To organize events for the implementation of the above in close cooperation with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
